Your Sale Ready Pack brings together the essential property information buyers and solicitors need from the start, reducing delays and giving buyers confidence to move forward quicker.

Property information

You’ll complete a short set of forms that explain important details about your home, helping buyers understand exactly what they are purchasing. Includes:

  • Property Information Questionnaire: TA6, and TA7 for leasehold
  • TA10 fittings and contents form

Property searches

Searches provide important information about the property and surrounding area, and identify potential issues early and includes:

  • Local Authority search
  • Water and drainage search
  • Environmental search
  • Climate change report

Title documents

We obtain official documents that confirm ownership of the property and outline any rights, restrictions or boundary details.  Includes:

  • Official copy of Title Register
  • Title plan

Legal preparation

Your conveyancer prepares key legal documentation early so your sale is ready to progress once a buyer is found. Includes:

  • Draft contract prepared
  • Standard enquiries reviewed

Your Estate Agent will explain the pricing and payment options available to you. In most cases, there is a £100 set-up fee when you instruct the service. The Sale Ready Pack and conveyancing fees are not payable upfront and are typically settled on completion.

Does Sale Ready replace conveyancing?

Sale Ready includes full conveyancing support from Medway Law as part of the service. You’ll receive a quote for the conveyancing alongside the cost of the Sale Ready Pack.

Does Sale Ready work if I’m in a chain?

Yes. Sale Ready is particularly helpful for chain transactions because key information is prepared earlier.

How long does it take to prepare the Sale Ready Pack?
